This Sherpa Land Tsampa grows at an altitude of around 3000 m in a pure land, with clear skies, high qualified water and fresh air. Where the Mountain Sherpas have their homes and farm land. Tsampa is roasted barley. The qualities of the Tsampa are explained in the Himalaya Healing texts named Sowa Rigpa. It is strengthening the body constituents and nourishes body and mind. It is the main food for the people and animals in the whole Himalaya Mountains. It is used for porridge and soup. You can mix it with butter tea, nepali milk tea, hot milk, yoghurt or hot water.
